Outside there is a large lawned garden with private patio area , BBQ and garden furniture

The adjoining lake offers the opportunity to fisn, there are 2 childrens play areas,a lake side bar and a small unsophisticated beach. The local village is a delightful lake side walk away, and offers a boulangerie and a pizzeria.
Based in the northern edge of the Morbihan we are 15 mins from the famous Lac du Geurledan, with a varierty of watersports and a small beach, the southern coastal beaches are 45 mins away , whilst historic & picturesque towns such as Vannes, Auray, Josselin & Quimper are an easy hours drive away.
Clsoe by we also have a 9 hole golf course,horse-riding and quad bikes.
