Originally two houses, La Lune dates back to the early 19th century, which we have lovingly restored to a welcoming Chambre d'Hotes (B&B) accomodating 11 people in 4 comfortable rooms. We have a well stocked fishing lake of approximately one acre which is adorned by beautiful willows. The lake is an ideal size for PLEASURE ANGLERS and families wanting to combine a fishing holiday with exploring this beautiful region of France. We have an ABOVE GROUND POOL with sun bathing patio, a large BBQ with SUN TERRACE, swings for the younger children, badminton, bowls and various other games.
Our family room sleeps 4 plus a cot if required, we also have a double/triple room, a double room and a twin bedded room. All our rooms have a private bathroom, DVD players and tea/coffee making facilities.
We have secure parking for 6 cars and can offer under cover parking for 2/3 motorbikes.
THE ABOVE RATES ARE BASED ON 2 PEOPLE SHARING PER NIGHT and includes a Continental breakfast.

Situated just off the N157 and 3 kms from junction one of the A81, we are ideally placed for touring this beautiful region of France.
Among some of the many places to visit is LE MANS, home to the famous 24 hour race circuit, and the magnificent GOLF course at Solesmes, The course is of International standing and is known to be one of the most beautiful in France.There is the popular ZOO at Le Fleche and the amazing TROGLODYTE houses at Saumer. The region is also famous for its regal history and has many wonderful CHATEAUX for you to visit. One of the many Medieval villages close by is ST SUZANNE where you can take in the breathtaking scenery or meander down one of the walking/hiking courseways.
There are several large lakes in the area which offer beaches, water sports, restaurants and much more.
We are approx 2 hrs from St. Malo and Caen ferry ports and 4 hrs from Calais. Tours airport is 1 1/2hrs drive and Nantes is 2 hrs. We recommend you drive or hire a car to enable you to explore this lovely region.
