Three cotttages with oak beams, tastefully renovated and adjacent to the owners own home. Large off road parking area, safely fenced playing field to the rear, front lawned gardens, one with private walled patio. Sleeping 8, 6 and 5 in 3, 3, and 2 bedrooms with well equipped kitchens, tvs, videos, toys, games and books.
There is a large heated swimming pool, shared with the owners, swings, old tractor to play on, bbqs, garden furniture, goal posts, room for outdoor games, walks around our four hectares of meadows etc. We have sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, cats, dogs, horses on site, and children are able to ride on the ponies and help look after them, as well as feed the lambs, chickens etc.
Coetdevent is a very quiet hamlet only a few kilometres from the nearest village and surrounded by open fields, woods etc. Ideal for that relaxing holiday with lots for the children to do.

Coetdevent is near to Radenac with boulangerie, post office etc, and Reguiny with supermarket, restaurants, shops. Nearby is Josselin with its well known chateau, and a saturday market through the old town streets. 40 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from Vannes. 20 minutes from Pontivy. Zoos, inland lakes, the Nantes Brest Canal, golf, walking, castles, museums etc very close. There is always something to do here when you are not sunbathing on the huge sundeck beside the pool. |
